WRECK ‘ALIUNDE’
Latitude 50° 45.418’N., Longitude 001° 24.738’W.
Notice is hereby given to all concerned in the ship and cargo that the Corporation of Trinity House has taken possession of the wreck "Aliunde”, under sections 252 and 253 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1995, and that nothing may be taken therefrom without permission.
Mariners are warned to give the wreck and buoys by which it is marked a wide berth particularly as removal operations may be conducted at any time without further notice.
