Whistle blowing

Report an issue, wrongdoing or offence

The Public Interest Disclosures Act protects workers from detrimental treatment or victimisation from their employer if, in the public interest, they blow the whistle on wrongdoing.

Disclosures made under the Act can be made anonymously or openly (where the whistle blower does not wish to remain anonymous).

Please complete the form below if you wish to report an alleged issue, criminal offence or wrongdoing (whistle blowing) within Trinity House. This form goes directly to the Non-Executive Director Chair of the Audit & Risk Assurance Committee and its contents are not available to be seen by anyone else within Trinity House first.

This form can be submitted anonymously, but please note that if it is, we will not be able to provide you with any feedback.

For Trinity House staff, a copy of the whistle blowing policy is available via the internal Document Management System.
