GPS / DGPS Incident Report Form

Purpose

The purpose of this form is to enable GPS and DGPS users to report incidents involving loss or degradation of the service. The incident may result from interference, environmental conditions, or the cause may be unknown. The information will be collated and investigated where appropriate, so that measures can be taken to remove sources of interference and guidance can be offered on improving installations.

Structure

The form is in two parts, the first consists of information, which is essential to allow investigation of the incident. The second contains information, which would be helpful, but may not be accessible to all users.
